Unit Chief Jessica Diggons has been an agent for over 15 years. She was originally assigned to the Los Angeles Field Office where she worked investigations in violent crimes, financial crimes, and crimes against children before transferring to the Child Exploitation Operational Unit at FBI Headquarters. SA Diggons' work there focused on combating child sexual exploitation criminal groups on the dark web. Promoted in 2022, Supervisory Special Agent Diggons became the International Liaison at CEOU, responsible for the Violent Crimes Against Children International Task Force. In April 2024, SSA Diggons was promoted to Unit Chief of the Crimes Against Children Human Trafficking Unit which is the program management unit for the FBI's entire child exploitation and human trafficking programs. UC Diggons holds a Bachelor's Degree in East Asian Studies, a Master's Degree in Criminology, and a Master's Degree in Cyber Security.
